🔺 UPDATE: DANNY THOMAS COURT CASE IN PORTSMOUTH
Daniel Thomas appeared at Portsmouth Crown Court via video link today, where a trial date was set for March 2027. Bail was refused and he remains in custody.
Thomas has pleaded not guilty to two charges:
• Criminal damage — relating to an allegation that he damaged a boat in the English Channel while an emergency responder was on board.
• Failing to comply with a notice to disclose his phone PIN under Section 53 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
The court refused bail over concerns about further alleged offending. It was also stated that Thomas had been subject to bail conditions at the time of the alleged incident.
His trial is due to begin in March 2027.
Thomas denies both charges.
